I founded Willowa because I saw all the energy in the ESG space being focused on fixing ‘big business’. Too right too. 

But, as an expert in risk and change, any great change journey starts and ends with people. There seems to be very little energy designed to help the average person make better, incremental choices about how they live their life to not only improve sustainability but also their wellbeing. This is how Willowa was started. 

I am deeply passionate about living life on my terms rather than conforming to the pressures our modern society dictates. Having spent 15 years working as a global leader in the Financial Services and Consulting sectors helping the top end of town address strategic risk and change journey, I want to use my skills to help you transition to a planet-first way of life.

I can speak of this personal change first hand. Having suffered burnout from corporate life during the pandemic trying to ‘keep up’ whilst raising two small children, it taught me that my life was neither sustainable or incorporated my wellbeing into the equation,despite on paper outwardly looking like I ‘had it all’. Going on my own transition, I have had to confront core beliefs I held, make big decisions to generate lasting change that allows me to live my life with purpose. I want to help people go on that journey too. 

For me personally, the writing is on the wall about the impact a changing climate is going to have on the future of humanity. I believe there is still time to make change but without individuals and small business engaging in long term transition our time is running out to have an impact
